Dr. Krawetz, who is Board Certified in Foot Surgery in Florida and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Dr. Brennan specialize in conservative and surgical treatments of the foot and ankle. Dr. Krawetz’s & Dr. Brennan’s philosophy is to avoid surgery until all other non-surgical treatments have been attempted and discussed. Both Dr. Kraetz and Dr. Brennan believe surgery is only needed to restore function or abolish pain that is untreatable by conservative measures. For example, heel pain is treated with a series of injections, stretching exercises, and custom-made orthotics. Ingrown toenails are easily cured by permanently removing a portion of the nail.
