Hello, Read a few bad reviews, but mostly all great reviews. Bad reviews had timeliness and cordialness mentioned. Well, here was my experience. After walking in to 2 hello’s a young Doctor from a distance gave me a greet in signal as too far away to hear each other. Returned of course. Lesley gave me paperwork to fill out, yet before filling my name on first of 5 pages assistant escorted me into room and was asking about my situation and needs. “Dr. will be in to see you in a moment” Thank you. Address filling of first page still, ” Mr. Sanderson, I’m Dr. Nguyen. Let’s discuss your problem and see how we may help”. My greeting Gentleman of earlier. Not only did Dr. Anh Nguyen analyze the immediate problem (infection), while doing minor cleaning and dead skin removal of area to relieve the pain, but gave me a solution in which He said could be cured in 1-3 treatments. The problem is a clogged pore in ball of left foot which created a large callous. Pointed out the thin tubular discoloration of very center. I always thought a Planter’s wart and only recently of past few years sought out medical help. Mind you I have dealt with this pain equal of stepping on a tack in every step for 20 years. Many times extended beyond due to swollenness which felt like a rock with tack in center. Past Dr. has told me we cannot rid the callous, only comfort the area as best as possible with expensive custom orthotics that never worked along with time consuming adjustments. If all comes out as predicted. Post Covid 19, I’ll make and pay for an appointment just to give Dr. Anh a brotherly Hug. – Clean environment. -Friendly staff -Professional Doctor. Maybe rest could add Doctor’s, but I only met one, gentleman Dr. Anh Nguyen in my visit. An old saying I believe in is “one is only as comfortable as their feet”. I owned a Shoe Repair shop on Howard and Swann until 2006. One learns more than shoe’s. Also learned and corrected foot problems in ways of shoe adjustment and designing minor orthotic inserts for my client’s. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and wonderful staff. May God Bless you all. I was concerned with this Appointment as it was my first diabetic foot exam. My visit went smooth and without incident. The staff and doctor made the visit almost pleasurable. I definitely would recommend the doctor for any foot related problem. I will definitely continue to see him as well as any of my family. I wish all doctor visits went like this one.
