I had a bunionectomy done with Dr. Nguyen in June 2021 on the right foot and I was happy with the results. I went back to have another surgery done on my left foot in October 2021 and was also happy with results. The staff if very nice they seem to be like a little family.
The clinic was kind to fit me in the same day. Plantar fasciitis was making walking painful. Tara, the medical assistant, was very thorough in understanding my issue and took great notes to share with the doctor. Dr Brennan was very personable and came in with an understanding of my needs. I was able to get in and out in an hour. Great personal service.
Everyone was very nice and efficient. Had ingrown nails removed on a big toe and watched the YouTube videos prior to coming in, so I knew what to expect. Dr. Bin was so great and funny. I even got my removable recorded as well for their YouTube channel! But I didn’t feel a thing other than a couple very quick pokes while he’s moving the needle around in the toe to numb it up. If you’ve watched the videos before, you always hear that the shot is the worst part and I couldn’t even tell he was doing it until he was already done with the first shot (as there are typically 2 shots administered). I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you’ve had an ingrown that just won’t go away. It was so seamless that I will likely go back as soon as this heals to have my left one done, just to be rid of the issue before it has a chance to get worse.
