Advanced Podiatry is a great place to go. The staff are great people always polite and willing to help in any way they can and Dr. Katz and Dr. Cruz are awesome. Dr. Cruz did surgery on a bunion on my left foot and it was great. I was up and walking around in no time. If you have problems with your feet I recommend this group between the Dr’s and their staff its a great experience.
At the time I was 5 weeks pregnant and had an ingrown toe that caused me to have extreme anxiety and pain. Not only did the amazing staff accommodate me and get me in the next day, but they made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Cruz is amazing and has an excellent bedside manner. If you are thinking about going anywhere else.. don’t. I am so glad I went to Advance Podiatry.
My experience at Advance Podiatry was amazing right from the first phone call. I was worried that being a new patient it would be a long wait to be seen (such as weeks to months) but, the extremely polite receptionist let me know it was no problem and I could get an appointment as soon as the next week! My insurance was also taken there so I was extremely happy about that as well! They emailed me the paperwork so I could fill it out ahead of time meaning no wait when I went in for my appointment. Right when I walked in it was a very friendly environment and everyone was so kind! I was seen within 5 minutes of being in the waiting room! The assistant thoroughly listened to my story about my foot pain which I feel is very important that he cared enough to hear the whole story. Once I was seen by Dr. Katz he gently examined my foot and gave me my diagnoses. He mentioned that he treats all his patients like family and I believe so. I definitely felt a sense of security by the benevolence of Dr. Katz’s specialties. I was in and out with no problems and felt very happy with my decision of choosing Advance Podiatry. The whole staff was marvelous and very helpful in treating my foot injury! I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of their specialties!
This office is friendly and professional from the first step (ha) — even making the appointment is pleasant. Wait times were not long at all the two times we were there. I took my 12 year old son with flat feet to see Dr. Cruz, who was extremely patient and developed rapport immediately with my goofy, sometimes spacy and very ticklish child. He was knowledgeable, thorough and answered all questions. The assistants who helped mold the orthotics were good with my son too. Unfortunately we had to go back a second time because he was still experiencing pain in one foot, so that orthotic was redone. Now my son can run cross country pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Cruz for children and adults.
My appointment was at 4pm on a Friday — I know most doctors have already ‘checked out’ for the weekend at that hour! Not Dr. Brennan and the staff at Healthy Feet, I am really glad I went there for my ankle pain. He was very patient and explained my issue thoroughly as well as my treatment plan, and the ladies on staff were sweet. Very professional and kind, very impressed!
