From my first phone call as a potential new patient my experience has been nothing short of perfect. I apologize for not being able to name everyone by name but the young lady that sits at the front desk checking patients in has superior costumer service skills. Every back office employee I have encountered during my visits have been exceptionally friendly, kind, encouraging and informative. Alex most definitely goes above and beyond. Dr Brennan listened to me, explained all my options and included me in my decision making for my plan of care. I was apprehensive about trying another podiatrist after a few terrible encounters. Dr Brennan immediately made me feel like I had made the right choice in trying one last time. I am a clinical trainer and one of the things I train is a costumer service class to clinical staff, everything we teach your staff exemplifies; empathy, compassion, active listening! Thank you so much for all you do and for doing it so well.
Amazing office. Super clean. The Dr was informative and caring. I needed an injection in my heel and I didn’t even feel it! Definitely recommend.
