Michelle is exceptional and the embodiment of customer service! Recently, I switched insurance and in the interim period, Michelle took it upon herself to diligently call the insurance every day to see if my coverage was activated! Above and beyond and unsolicited! Also, I have been here a couple of times now and have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Dr. Brennan and his staff are personable and compassionate, wish all my doctors were like him!

Dr. Oakley is great. He listens to your concerns, explains options, doesn’t get exasperated when you have questions, and encourages additional research for a better understanding of the diagnosis and recommendations to make an informed decision. They are proactive when having to deal with insurance obstacles, and were very patient with my frustration over the the resulting delays in scheduling and logistics for my son, who is a first responder in Tennessee, to arrange flights and FMLA time to be my caretaker. I’ve had joint implants on both feet due to the lack of cartilage causing bone fragmentation. The surgeries and post-op have gone smoothly through each recovery hurdle. They don’t make you feel ridiculous or insignificant. No concern has been too small. I am very happy with Dr. Oakley and his team.
