Was extremely impressed with my entire experience. I broke my toe & they got me in the same day, the staff was extremely friendly, the doctor saw me very quickly and had me on my way. One of the best experiences I’ve had with any specialist. Highly recommended!!
I recently broke the proximal end of the 5th metatarsal in my right foot and every place I called wasn’t able to get me in for many weeks. I began to get scared because I needed to be seen for obvious reason. I came across Healthy Feet Podiatry. I called and the lady I spoke to was very polite, caring and understanding. She let me know they took my insurance which was a huge weight off chest. She was able to get me into their office the next business day since it was a Friday the day I called. I was shocked at the politeness, quickness and ease of this call compared to the numerous calls to other podiatrist/orthopedic surgeons. The day of the appointment I got to the office the receptionist again was polite and made checkin easy. The nurse who called me in the back was just as polite. She helped me get to the exam chair and when helping remove my sock on my injured foot she did it with a soft touch and didn’t cause any pain. The Dr who I saw was a young female doctor who I cannot remember her name so I apologize. She was the nicest doctor I have met. She was very knowledgeable, listened to what happened and answered any question I had. The best part of it was she did not rush to get out of the room or cut me off. I highly recommend Healthy Feet Podiatry if you have any issues with your feet. Hands down the best experience at a doctors office.
Appointment was able to be scheduled within a few days and they brought be back to a room quickly after I arrived. The staff was very courteous. Dr Todd Brennan was professional and explained the procedure and expectations thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.
Great and attentive each and every time. They hear me out and are very helpful in understanding and prescribing a remedy.
