Everyone is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I am especially impressed by Holly, the girl working in the front desk. She can clearly communicate with people on the phone, provide as many as possible choices for appointments, and remember patients’ names. Doctor Todd Brennan is my doctor. He is great: he listens and provides all possible treatments to patients. My condition has been improved. I am sure other doctors are great as well. Overall I am satisfied with their services. I often recommend this clinic to people who need podiatrist treatment.
Exceptional office and team! I took my child to the South Tampa office about a year ago and had a very nice experience. After dealing with foot pain for a few weeks I decided to call for an appointment for myself with Dr. Nguyen. I was able to get an appointment the next day! I was greeted by the lovely and friendly front desk team and I waited maybe 5 minutes before being called back to a room. After the initial questions with the medical assistant, the Doctor was in a few just a minutes later. It was so nice not to be kept waiting! He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me understand what was going on. As I was checking out I began to feel light-headed and asked for a drink of water. Within a minute, I had multiple team members helping me, guiding me back into a patient room, offering me water, candy, and making sure I was comfortable. The doctor even came back to check on me. I was blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff and within a few minutes I was totally fine. It is evident that the people who work here enjoy their jobs and are part of a positive environment. I wish all of my doctor’s offices were like this!
