Overall, it was a good experience. In something that feels more and more unusual today’s doctors’ offices, the front staff was actually competent, capable, and extremely nice. They had a good and relatively fast work flow, to include X-rays, and we were seen by the doctor quickly. He was open and frank (and nice) about the range of options, limitations, cost, etc.

I cannot say enough about the staff! They went above and beyond and dealing with the referring doctor and insurance. The doctor was extremely patient and explained everything in all options. I am more than happy with this doctor and staff!!
I called this morning and they were able to see me right away! Check in process was smooth and easy. All staff were very friendly from start to finish. I was in a good deal of pain, but Dr. Oakley was incredibly kind and helped me right away with my concerns.
