This was my first time at Healthy feet. I had the greatest experience ever. The staff was very nice and helpful. They literally made me feel welcomed. And I can’t say enough about the doctor he made me feel relaxed and explained every detail about my visit today. I’m afraid of needles and he made me feel very comfortable, I never even felt the needle he was so gentle. The best foot doctor.

What a gem of a place. First time patient and boy oh boy was I impressed from start to finish. Let’s start from the initial call I made. I apologize for not remembering your name my dear, but the woman I spoke with was direct, upfront and very professional about insurance, any out of pocket costs & how things would go down with or without insurance. She then proceeded to ask me some general questions in regards to my needs & set me up with Dr. Craig. Upon arrival I spoke with another woman at the front desk & she was equally professional & a pleasure to talk to. Once situated Manny an assistant of the Dr.Craig & the office brought in back for XRays of my feet & to get a better understanding of my issue. He gave me some possibilities of what it looked like, but reassured me that the doctor would have final say. Manny was also a pleasure to chat with & like the rest of the staff he did his job with precision & professionalism. Enter Dr.Craig , this guy is just a cool layed back fella. He gets right to the point, tells it like is and gives you all the details straight no chaser. We got down to the issue, dealt with it and I go back in 2 weeks for another treatment and follow up. I highly recommend Healthy Feet Podiatry on Bruce b Downs. Dr.Craig and the team are phenomenal. Thank you & I’ll see you again soon.
