I made my appointment after hearing great things about Dr. Brett Brennan. The office staff were extremely pleasant and were able to get me in immediately. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and because they sent all of the paperwork electronically, I was led straight back to a room. If it matters to you, the office was nicely decorated and very clean! Xia was sweet, helpful and let me know each step of the way what was happening. After my X-rays I went back to my room where she told me the Dr would be right with me. I know that sometimes means I’ll be waiting awhile so I reached for my phone to answer some emails but before I could open it, Dr. Brennan was there! I had been putting this appointment off because I was afraid of the pain but there was none at all!! Dr Brennan explained what was going on, even showed me my X-rays so I could better understand. He went over my options and after I asked a few questions, we agreed upon my care plan. I walked out 15 minutes later with my painful corn removed with absolutely zero pain or discomfort at all. I’ll eventually get surgery to fix the underlying issue but Dr. Brennan let me know that if the corn came back before I was ready for surgery, I could come back and he’d do a reset. When I was checking out, I expressed my concern about figuring out my insurance for surgery but once again, the office staff put me at ease by letting me know that when I was ready, they have someone who deals with the insurance companies and that she’ll be able to walk me through it! I would give 100 stars if I could!!
