Not many offices have this type of etiquette and who can display the quality of empathy, compassion, respect and kindness. Wow! It’s risky business to book an appointment to have a procedure done based on reviews and a short phone call with Dr. Brennan, but that’s exactly what I did. I drove seven hours to undergo cryosurgery for a Morton’s neuroma trying to avoid invasive surgery in my hometown, and it was a great decision. I’m walking pain-free for the first time in nearly a year! He was awesome, and his staff was too. So worth the time and distance!
After what felt like forever with an ingrown toenail, I stumbled upon health feet podiatry on YouTube. And I enjoyed the videos so much that I eventually read the reviews on them and I decided to go ahead and make an appointment. Mind you I live in Orlando and drover 1.5 hours to get my toenail removed. And boy was it worth it. Everything was a smooth porocess. From scheduling my appointment and processing my insurance, to removing the toenail. And Dr Brennan and his team were very welcoming and comforting. Not to mention, Dr Brennan even has a video of him doing the toenail removal process on himself. All in all, if I ever had another problem, I would not mind taking the travel to see Dr Brennan again!
