Dr. Daniel Craig is a foot and ankle podiatric surgeon who specializes in all foot and ankle conditions; including sports injuries, flat feet, Achilles ruptures, fractures, foot and ankle deformities, heel and joint pain, trauma, wound care, nail care, complications with peripheral vascular disease/diabetes, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.

Education

Dr. Craig received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University where he majored in Exercise Science/Kinesiology with a minor in Chemistry. He was an All-American in the sport of water polo recognized by the Collegiate Water Polo Association. He then earned his medical degree (DPM) from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, Florida where he was a member of the Pi Delta Honor Society graduating top 10% in his class. He was accepted to the prestigious Yale-New Haven Hospital Foot and Ankle Surgery Residency Program and ultimately chief resident completing comprehensive training specializing in foot and ankle reconstruction, and limb salvage.

Dr. Craig is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), American Podiatric Medicine Association (APMA) and is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Outside Of Work

Dr. Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and son, as well as playing golf, basketball, water polo, and fishing.
